These are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost.

Is your jewelry waterproof?
No jewelry is ever truly waterproof unless it is pure gold, and any brand who claims their jewelry is waterproof without it being pure gold is not being completely upfront. Even jewelry made from the most durable materials like stainless steel will eventually fade and tarnish over time. Due to our thick coating of gold, however, our jewelry will still last for years. For tips on how to take care of your jewelry so that it lasts even longer, visit our care guide.
What sort of gold plating do you use?
Our plating type is what is known as “gold vermeil”, meaning 2.5 microns thick. This type of plating provides the right balance of high quality of gold jewelry that lasts long, without the astronomically high price tag. Our 18K gold vermeil provides a striking yellow gold look.
What is rhodium plating?
Rhodium plating is a process that coats a base metal with a layer of rhodium, a rare, precious, silvery-white metal. Rhodium is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and more reflective and whiter than silver. Sounds good doesn't it? This is why we chose it for our silver jewelry :)
